About ResolveUs
ResolveUs was founded by Student Union staff member, Stephanie Groves, when she saw a growing need for independent, specialist support for internal member complaints in stretched membership organisations.
She saw that membership organisations in particular were being asked to manage increasingly formal, high-risk processes - often without the time, training, or capacity to do so comfortably.
